The workout program would be made specifically for you - where you are starting from/what your goals are/how often you can workout/what equipment you have access to/injuries/etc. It’s all done through an app, so you can track your workouts, see videos and explanations of the moves, communication, and I can see if you are doing what you are supposed to. I also will give nutritional advice and be here to answer any questions you might have. No commitment needed, you pay month to month and can continue for however long/short you like

Get ready for summer with this 90 day program. Unlike the Online Training where the workouts are made specifically for you, here the workouts are already pre-made, but its still customized for your schedule, fitness experience and gym. Choose how many times per week you plan to work out, if you are a beginner or not, and if you have a basic or fully equipped gym - and you'll get the program that works best for you.

Beginner gym program

Ready to start working out in the gym but don’t know where to start? A beginner gym program that you can custimize. You choose which workouts to do depending on how many times per week you plan to work out. Each move comes with 3 different variations (machine, cable and/or free weights) so you will have an option to do regardless of what equipment your gym has, how confident you are, or what’s currently being used by someone else. Over time you’ll expand your “gym vocabulary” because you will learn different moves that work the same muscles. It’s through an app so each move comes with a video and explanation so you’ll know exactly what to do. You'll get access to the program and the app for 3 months.

Who am I?
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
My background is in gymnastics, where I trained and competed for 20 years. I’ve got 7 Swedish national titles and between 2012-2016 was on the Swedish national team. I’ve also been coaching gymnastics for almost 18 years, and from 2020 have been coaching the British national team in Teamgym. I've been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2017, and have since then worked at mulitple different gyms.
I started doing online training in 2019 and work with clients from all over the world.
